The CAps Off Kitchen Story

The Caps Off Kitchen team first met in a Spoons kitchen when working for the enemy! After a lifetime in the food and drink industry, the time came to jump ship.

Caps Off Kitchen was born from the ethos of simple, great local produce. Using the Caps Off Brewery beer in as many elements as we can, we aim to bring you fresh, bold street food.

Remember though – don’t feed the bear, no matter how amazing our food is.

All our food is freshly made, from our locally sourced mince for our burgers to the brioche bun and our chicken which is locally sourced. All our chicken is brined in our Caps Off Gin & Tonic Brine for 24hours. We then hand coat our chicken in our signature cornflake crust before frying.
