We are looking for a creative, passionate, and enthusiastic chef to join our street food kitchen team based at our Brewery in Bishop Auckland. We operate in a fast paced environment in an open kitchen, talking to customers, taking money/orders and being a friendly face of our brand.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Passion for preparing and cooking quality fresh food
- Level 2 Food Hygiene
- Confident enough to question the way things are done
- Strong time management skills with the ability to plan-ahead and manage multiple tasks
- Familiar with commercial kitchen equipment and methods
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and committed attitude, with a flexible approach to work hours
- A self-motivated team player, with a desire to develop your career as a chef
- Willingness to learn and strive in a fast-paced environment.
Hours of Work & Holiday Entitlement
- 40 hours per week (Mon-Sun, inclusive of evenings)
- Holidays – 28 days per annum (Including Bank Holidays)
